Привет! Это снова Настя и Айбенис! Мы решили провести небольшое исследование в нашем классе, чтобы выяснить, как наши одноклассники относятся к профессии юриста, ведь она выглядит такой привлекательной! Мы исследовали только два фактора: выбор профессии и критерий выбора профессии.

Проанализировав  результаты исследования,  мы выяснили, что из всех опрощенных, профессию юрист выбрало всего 9% наших одноклассников. Причинами такой «невысокой популярности», скорее всего, являются очень высокие требования к профессиональному уровню претендентов, наличие определенных личностных качеств и трудолюбия.

 Большинство (35%) опрошенных одноклассников как причину выбора профессии юриста для них назвали перспективу роста. Действительно, работая в данной сфере можно  сделать неплохую карьеру, при наличии высшего  и дополнительного образования. Немаловажными факторами выбора стали также большая зарплата и интерес к профессии. Это значит, что старшеклассники нацелены на прагматичный подход к выбору профессии и результативную работу, приносящую доход. Комбинация этих трех факторов при условии соблюдения всех требований к профессиональным качествам юриста, добросовестном отношении к профессии, может принести не только моральное, но и материальное удовлетворение.

     События каждого дня тесно связаны с деятельностью юриста и юридической практикой. В многочисленных бытовых, трудовых и экономических отношениях может понадобиться помощь юриста: при свадьбе и разводе, начале и окончании бизнеса, продаже недвижимости или покупке движимого имущества, при разрешении конфликтных ситуаций и получении наследства – во всех этих ситуациях как правило, необходимы услуги юриста. Правовое регулирование самой разнообразной деятельности достигло своего максимума, и помощь юриста может стать единственной возможностью для правильного применения законов. Помочь разобраться в нормах современного законодательства, защитить свои права и не нарушить интересы другого – все это сегодня составляет долг, обязанность каждого работника юридической компании и каждого юриста.

Высокая востребованность юридических услуг стимулирует возникновение и развитие большого числа компаний, которые предоставляют услуги юриста. Авторитет, доверие, которое вызывают консультации юриста тем выше, чем больше опыт работы юриста, количество его постоянных клиентов, успешный опыт судебного сопровождения дел. И, конечно же, авторитет и профессионализм помощи юриста неотделимы от его квалификации в различных отраслях права, уверенной ориентации в современном правовом поле государства.

Востребованность юристов – вопрос специфический. Сколько получает и зарабатывает юрист, какая средняя зарплата юриста в Москве? Ответить однозначно на этот вопрос сложно. Мы решили спросить взрослых, наших родителей и знакомых, и вот, что мы узнали: необходимо разделить работающих и зарабатывающих юристов на три типа.

         Первый – государственные служащие, второй – наемные работники, и третий – частнопрактикующие.

         Наибольший доход из всех получают частнопрактикующие юристы – те, которые работают сами на себя. Они могут быть владельцами фирм, использовать труд наемных коллег или быть зарегистрированными как индивидуальные предприниматели.

         Второй вопрос – сколько зарабатывают в Москве юристы, которые работают по найму. Если анализировать доход госслужащих, то можно заметить, что он ниже, чем зарплата тех, которые работают по найму, но государственные (социальные и др.) гарантии у таких работников очень высокие.

         Достаточно высокая средняя зарплата юриста в Москве у тех, кто работает по найму. У корпоративных юристов она составляет 50-70 тысяч рублей в месяц.

         Следует заметить, что среди юристов есть специалисты, получающие сотни тысяч рублей в месяц, а есть студенты, которые подрабатывают за пятьсот долларов. Так что выше приведенная цифра – достаточно усредненная.

Ну ладно, в целом, профессия юриста выглядит неплохо, она продолжает нам нравиться, в следующий раз мы расскажем, что об этой профессии думают наши одноклассники.
